Tess Allen is a journalist and editor with passions for multi-platform storytelling.
She’s spent time in French refugee camps, rappelled a 30-story skyscraper, and strapped on roller skates for derby practice—all in the name of journalism.
Tess is the associate editor of Twin Cities Business. She manages the magazine’s ancillary publications and special sections; reports and writes features, print stories, and online news; collaborates on editorial planning; and produces custom content for Studio TCB Insights.
Tess’ former roles include editorial director for FAIRE Magazine, editorial intern for Delta Sky Magazine, and editorial intern for Mpls.St.Paul Magazine.
Tess is a North Carolina native currently living in the Twin Cities. She loves nothing more than good food, petting your dog, and modern art museums.
